Local business fields, sources and CSV

Find businesses by industry and US or Canadian city, review websites, public phones, ratings and review counts, and export available data with source context.

OwnerClue · Updated

From input to a usable row

Choose an industry/keyword and supported city, set depth, run the search and review the completed result. A multi-city campaign combines several locations with a total cap and task-level deduplication. Neither depth nor geography support establishes complete market coverage.

Field CSV names Source and limitations
Business and geography name, category, address, city, state_code, country_code Returned Maps listing; check category relevance
Website website, website_status Listing URL plus website match check
Public phone gbp_phone (basic), phone (full) Maps/website public phone; no guarantee of reachability
Google rating and count rating, reviews Returned snapshot, not live review monitoring
Public email primary_email (basic), emails (full) Inspected website; may be missing
Supported person owner_name, owner_title, owner_evidence Website evidence; may be missing
Evidence owner_source_url, owner_captured_at, email_source_urls, email_captured_at, phone_source_urls, phone_captured_at Keep role, source and time attached
Business snapshot source_url, captured_at When this listing record was captured

The full Maps export includes rating, reviews and owner_captured_at as well as the detailed contact provenance. The basic Maps sample and full sample are synthetic format examples, not market coverage evidence.

Search, inspect, filter, export

Review available-email/owner filters, website status, fixed opportunity signals and exclusions in the workspace. Numeric rating and review-count ranges can be applied in the exported spreadsheet; they are not currently workspace/API filter parameters. Export after completion with the same Maps filters you used in the view.

CSV opens in Excel or can be imported into Google Sheets; OwnerClue does not currently generate native XLSX or directly sync Sheets. The customer API also exposes result objects and exports.

Dates and missing values

Maps fields are captured at search time; website contacts and person evidence have their own capture times. Records can reuse earlier enrichment, so inspect each field's time rather than assuming everything refreshed today. A missing source field stays empty. OwnerClue does not publish a universal hit rate or an automatic refresh SLA.
