Information we process

• Account data: your name, email address, password hash, session information, and account settings.
• Search and workspace data: the industries and locations you search, saved businesses, public business contact details, source pages, capture times, and phone classification or verification results.
• Service data: request logs, device and browser information, security events, and usage needed to operate and protect the service.
• Billing data: if you purchase a plan, order details and payment status. A payment provider processes card details; OwnerClue does not need your full card number.

Public contact details may identify an individual. Source links and capture times help users review that information. Please use the data responsibly and follow applicable outreach and privacy rules.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide searches and account features, process orders, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support or privacy requests. We use cookies or similar storage for sign-in and essential site preferences.

Service providers and transfers

OwnerClue uses infrastructure and data suppliers to run the service, including Cloudflare for hosting and database services, and third-party business search and phone-data providers when those features are used. Payment and email providers may receive the information needed to complete those services. These providers may process data in countries other than yours. We may also disclose information when legally required.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, support, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing regbar610@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where law requires it.
