Find businesses in a specific city
Choose a supported country, resolve the city and specify the business type. Start with a small search to check relevance before expanding your work.
Choose ChatGPT, add the server and sign in to authorize your account. No API key is needed.
leads:readleads:writeChatGPT connects with account login and authorization. API keys remain available for developer clients.
In ChatGPT, open Plugins, add a custom MCP server and enter this address. Choose OAuth, then sign in to your account and allow access.
Server URL: https://ownerclue.com/api/mcp
Authentication: OAuth
Permissions: leads:read, leads:write, offline_accesshttps://ownerclue.com/api/mcpUse the remote MCP server to turn a city and a business type into a lead research task. ChatGPT can resolve the location, show the maximum credit reservation, run the approved search, read results and return a CSV link. Your agent uses your account data and credits, while the workspace keeps the same tasks available for review.

Inspect business details, websites, public contacts, emails and phones when available. Keep missing information empty and distinguish a company inbox from an address supported as belonging to a person.
Use the same filters for the result preview and CSV. Export formats include basic, full, GoHighLevel, Instantly and 1ClickWebsite; a format changes the representation, not the underlying search.
Open Plugins in ChatGPT, add a custom MCP server and enter the server URL shown above. Configure OAuth authentication. Your ChatGPT workspace may restrict custom connections.
Follow the sign-in window to your account. Review the application, return address and requested read, search and continuing-access permissions before selecting Allow access.
Return to ChatGPT and paste your search task. Ask it to check your balance and preview the maximum reservation before starting. Existing website login methods remain available on the sign-in page.
A single-city search runs as an asynchronous task. The agent records the task ID, checks its status and reads the completed results a page at a time. If a task is still running, continue checking that task rather than creating another one. A retry of the same approved quote uses the same search, helping prevent duplicate reservations.
Login connects an application to your account; it does not start a search. The consent screen separates what the application can read from actions that can spend credits.
MCP searches use the same balance and settlement rules as workspace searches. The selected depth sets the maximum reservation, and unused search credits are released during settlement. Reading results and producing a CSV do not create another search charge. A requested depth is a limit, not a guarantee of that many businesses or usable contacts.

Run / exportNo. Add the remote server with OAuth, sign in on our website and approve access. The client then uses an access token. API keys remain an alternative for developer clients such as Codex, Claude Code and Cursor.
You enter your password or use your configured sign-in method on our website. The OAuth connection receives access tokens rather than your password. Do not paste passwords or tokens into a chat.
A connection itself does not spend search credits. Starting a search reserves credits according to its approved scope. Your task prompt asks the agent to show the maximum cost and wait for approval before starting.
Yes. Open Connected agents in account settings and revoke the application. Its MCP access and signed CSV download links stop working, and its refresh tokens are removed. You can start a new authorization later.
No. Contacts depend on public sources and evidence linking them to a business. Missing fields stay empty. A discovered email is not automatically a deliverable inbox or a personal address belonging to an owner.
A signed CSV link is valid for 15 minutes. Anyone holding it can download that selection while the authorization remains active. Generate another export if the link expires, and keep the link within the intended conversation.
The current MCP tools cover one city per search. Campaigns and domain enrichment are available through the REST API and workspace. Use their documented workflow rather than assuming these are already MCP tools.
Check the existing task status using its ID, allowing at least five seconds between polls. If the task fails, inspect the reported outcome before starting anything new. Do not create replacement searches automatically.
