Credits, reservations and billable units

Understand what consumes a credit, how duplicates and failures settle, and why delivered business counts differ from usable email counts. Paid plans are currently previews.

Start with the current trial

New accounts receive one 20-credit grant valid for 14 days, with no credit card required. This is a one-time expiring trial, not a recurring free allowance. The pricing page is the source for current plan amounts and availability. Paid checkout is currently disabled; preview buttons open signup.

Operation Billable unit Missing/failed outcome
Maps search 1 credit per unique business delivered within the task Missing owner/email does not remove the charge; unused reserved balance is released
Multi-city campaign 1 credit per unique business within that campaign Same record across child cities is charged once; separate branches remain separate
Domain enrichment 1 credit per unique successful readable site in the batch No email can still be success; failed/review rows are refunded
Optional current phone-line lookup 5 credits per successfully completed lookup Separate from static estimates; failed or unfinished reserved balance is released

Does a record without email cost credits?

Yes. Maps search delivers a business record; domain enrichment processes a readable website. Neither is a pay-per-email service. Missing owner names and public emails remain empty. Public email discovery includes no deliverability verification.

An example you can recalculate

These numbers are hypothetical accounting examples, not measured hit rates. A search with depth 20 reserves 20 credits. If it delivers 12 unique businesses, the settled search charge is 12 and the unused eight are released. The bill remains 12 even if only five businesses have a public email.

A domain upload with ten rows containing two repeated domains has eight unique domains. If six succeed and two fail or require review, its settled charge is six. One separate current phone-line check adds five credits. Total: 12 + 6 + 5 = 23 credits, more than the 20-credit starting grant. Without that phone add-on, the illustrative total is 18.

At three concurrent active tasks, a new task is rejected until capacity becomes available. An enrichment without sufficient credits pauses before later work and can resume. Do not create replacement tasks merely to bypass a pause.

How to estimate cost per usable contact

Track returned businesses, relevant businesses, public-email rows, supported people, and person-linked emails separately. Add external mailbox-verification cost only if actually used. Divide total spend by rows meeting your defined contact criteria; do not label all credits as verified contacts.

Paid plan previews show monthly credit allowances and annual effective monthly prices separately. Annual previews use monthly credit issuance; paid credits would expire without rollover at their period end. There is no active purchase or measured production cost-per-contact claim on this page.
