Domain enrichment: input, review and CSV
A practical guide to uploading websites, interpreting success and review rows, keeping person and contact evidence, and importing CSV into a spreadsheet.

1. Prepare domains
Use a UTF-8 CSV. The optional business name helps the website match check. Trim website paths to bare domains first. Download the input example.

example.com,Example Roofing
anotherbusiness.ca,Example Salon
2. Submit batches of at most 100 rows
Open domain enrichment. Paste domains or choose a CSV, then start the task. Normalize and deduplicate across your whole spreadsheet before splitting a large list. Each API task also has a 100-row limit. There is no automatic multi-batch merge. Keep the task ID beside each input row so that failures and retries can be traced.
3. Read row outcomes
success means the website passed this workflow's readability/association checks; it does not mean every requested field was found. needs_review and failed keep the original row and error. Duplicates refer to their first row and do not incur a second charge. A paused task can resume after credits become available.
4. Review evidence in the result card
Each supported person shows a name, published role, supporting quote, source link and capture time. Contact records show the public value, source, time and association state, including records needing review. Do not use unreviewed contacts as confirmed associations.
| Full CSV columns | Interpretation |
|---|---|
| row, status, domain, business_name, error | Original input order and outcome |
| owner_name, owner_title, owner_quote | Supported person and role |
| owner_source_url, owner_captured_at | Person evidence and time |
| email, email_source, email_captured_at | Preferred public email and its evidence |
| email_category, email_association_status | Mailbox category and business/person association |
| phone, phone_source, phone_captured_at | Preferred phone with provenance |
| website, website_status, website_summary | Website observation and match state |
| logo_url, technology | Best-effort website context |
| contacts_to_review | Uncertain contacts retained for checking |
5. Export and preserve blanks
Export after completion. The full CSV example is synthetic and demonstrates a supported role, a missing owner and a review row. Keep it as CSV or import using Excel's text/CSV import or Google Sheets' file import. Select UTF-8 and preserve phone numbers as text. Native XLSX export and live Google Sheets sync are not currently included.
CRM and sending templates have fewer columns. Keep full CSV as the evidence archive; see GoHighLevel and Instantly. Pricing is per successfully processed domain, not per found email; see billing rules.
