Sample files and public website evidence

Inspect exact CSV formats and a small set of checked public source examples. Synthetic export samples and manually reviewed website references serve different purposes.

Public website references checked on 2026-10-02

These three checks were performed by reading public pages. They are not results from an authenticated OwnerClue task and do not measure coverage or extraction accuracy. No private email addresses or direct personal phone numbers are reproduced.

Case Observation and source Appropriate interpretation
Supported historical role Austin Roofing's anniversary page says “said Founder Tim Bowen.” Supports founder wording in that announcement; does not establish current ownership
Other manager Its team page lists Eleazar Zavala as Production Manager A manager record must not become an owner record
Ownership not established Pizzaiolo's franchise story describes Luigi Petrella and the opening history Historical narrative alone does not identify the current owner of each branch; leave current-owner fields unconfirmed

What remains to be validated

There is no completed same-condition US/Canada production benchmark or paid competitor comparison here. A real search/enrichment/export sample should record the query, location code, date, task outcome, relevance review, website matches, person role checks, missing fields and credit settlement. For import acceptance, test the CSV in an actual GHL or Instantly account and retain rejection/mapping results.

Use data quality and billing units to define your acceptance criteria. A public website quote and a synthetic CSV cannot substitute for those tests.
