Instantly CSV export with source review

Export email-bearing rows, map names and business fields, and keep evidence separately. Public email discovery and sending-platform import are separate from deliverability verification.

Columns and missing rows

Column Value
email Preferred public email; rows without it are skipped
firstName, lastName Split from a supported person name; blank if missing
companyName, phone, website Business context
location, linkedin Additional Maps-export context when available

The domain template has the first six columns only. Its rows must also be successful; review/failed rows are skipped. A name supported as founder or president is still that published role, not proof of current ownership. Never invent a name to fill a personalization variable.

Download the illustrative Instantly CSV. It shows format and blanks, not a completed live import.

Import and retain provenance

  1. Review website and mailbox association before exporting.
  2. Save full CSV with the email source and capture time.
  3. Upload the Instantly CSV and map the email/name/business fields.
  4. Map any additional facts as custom variables only after reviewing them.
  5. Inspect preview, missing values and the receiving account's duplicate controls.

Instantly's official CSV guide explains its field mapping and custom variables. OwnerClue has no native Instantly push or cross-campaign deduplication.

Before sending

OwnerClue does not currently verify mailbox delivery. If your workflow requires verification, take the exported email column through your chosen independent validator, retain its provider/status/verified_at results, and join them back by email. Keep a separate suppression list and use your sending platform's controls. An imported row alone does not establish consent or delivery.

Dedicated CSV leaves out the full provenance columns; archive full CSV or prepare source URL/time custom columns yourself. The current product does not maintain those fields in Instantly automatically. Data sources explains the association labels.
