GoHighLevel CSV export and import mapping
Export a GoHighLevel-oriented CSV, map business and contact fields, and retain the full evidence file. This is a CSV handoff rather than a native sync connector.

What OwnerClue exports
| Maps CSV column | Import use |
|---|---|
| Name | Published person name when available; otherwise business title |
| Email, Phone | Preferred public contact values |
| Business Name, Website | Business context |
| Address, City, State, Country | Maps address fields |
| Notes | Website summary, not the complete source evidence |
Domain-enrichment GHL CSV has Name, Email, Phone, Business Name, Website and Notes; it has no Maps address columns. The fallback business title in Name must not be interpreted as a person's first and last name. Review rows with no person before mapping them to personal fields.
Download the illustrative Maps GHL CSV. The sample is synthetic and checks column shape; it is not a successful customer-account import record.
Import steps
- Export a completed, filtered list using gohighlevel format.
- Preserve full CSV as the source archive before changing columns.
- In HighLevel's CSV importer, choose the intended create/update behavior.
- Map columns to your account fields, and check a small preview first.
- Inspect rejected rows and duplicate behavior before importing the rest.
HighLevel documents its CSV import process. The receiving account controls import mode and duplicate handling. OwnerClue does not connect directly, upsert contacts or compare your list with existing CRM records.
Preserve source evidence
The GHL template does not carry full person quotes or contact capture times. Save full CSV and, if needed, map owner_source_url, owner_captured_at, email_source_urls and email_captured_at into custom fields in a separately prepared import. Keep missing names blank rather than guessing. Use the evidence dictionary.
Test the sample in your account before a larger import; no GHL-account acceptance test is claimed here. Open the workspace.
